Reservation Policy: As a unique Victorian hotel, we do not overbook as larger hotels often do. Your room is guaranteed and reserved exclusively for you and we will hold the room for you until you check in. Therefore, every reservation requires either a valid credit card guarantee or, if guaranteeing by cash or check, then a deposit of one night's stay is required. If guaranteeing by check, then check must be received 15 business days prior to arrival date. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express Cards, Discover, Diners Club and Carte Blanche credit cards.
Cancellation Policy: A reservation must be cancelled 48-hours prior to the arrival date. Otherwise, a charge equal to one night's stay is assesed.

Pets: Pets are allowed for an additional charge of $30.00 per pet for up to 3 nights.
